Assist defendants with account-related questions, including debits and credits. Negotiate payment plans for outstanding balances and provide guidance on their accounts. Utilize software to track interactions and maintain detailed records. Provide support for the legal team with skip tracing and asset location. Collaborate with office members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling sensitive information. Requirements Proven experience in debt collection and customer service or a related field. Strong understanding of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles. Strong negotiation skills to manage payment discussions effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
