Job Description
What Collections contributes to Cardinal Health Collections is responsible for the collection of customer accounts receivable, credit hold decisions, and the development and negotiation of payment plans. Responsibilities Managing Cardinal Health’s large acute customer accounts to ensure delinquency is minimized by collecting payments timely, collaborating with the sales and pricing teams, identifying and coordinating dispute resolution, and administering credit policies and standards Responsible for researching overdue account balances and recommending appropriate action in order to collect payment Maintaining open communication with customers and working to resolve any issues preventing payment while still maintaining a positive relationship Organizing workload effectively, proactively working with customers to ensure commitments are met, and raising issues and recommendations to management Qualifications High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred
Bilingual:
