In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while managing inquiries related to accounts receivable, financial concepts, and account reconciliation. Your ability to negotiate effectively and utilize financial software will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently. Duties Handle incoming calls from customers regarding their accounts, providing accurate information and assistance. Process payments and manage accounts receivable inquiries, ensuring timely account reconciliation. Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes related to debits and credits on customer accounts. Utilize financial software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Provide support for accounts payable inquiries as needed. Educate customers on financial concepts, helping them understand their billing statements and account details. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall service delivery. Experience Previous experience in a call center , Collection Agency or customer service role is preferred. Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes is advantageous. Strong understanding of financial concepts, including debits, credits, and account reconciliation. Proficiency in math skills necessary for handling financial transactions accurately. Experience with ICD-10 coding is a plus but not required. Proficient in using financial software and other relevant technology tools. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
