Collections Specialist 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Buford, GA 30518 We are looking for an experienced Collections agent to join our Buford Team! Responsibilities Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts Investigate historical data for each debt or bill Find and contact cliens to ask about their overdue payments Take actions to encourage timeley debt payments Process payments and refunds Resolve billing and customer credit issues Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
