Collections Representative 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 207 Larrabee Road, Westbrook, ME 04092 The Thomas Agency has an immediate opening for a Entry-Level Collections Representative. This is a full time (40 hours), Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. •Overtime available seasonally and to individuals who have completed initial training. Duties will include but are not limited to: Contacting consumers for payment on delinquent bills Receiving incoming calls from consumers who want to pay their bills, make payment plans, or dispute their bills Reading and applying information in notes from previous conversations with representatives Treating all consumers with dignity The ideal candidates must be trustworthy, reliable, & willing to learn. Ideally the candidates will be able to type and talk. We will train the right candidate for this compelling industry.
