- Minimum 2 years of 3rd party collection agency experience
- Can manage a portfolio of various clients and types of debt
- Strong organizational, communication and decision-making skills
- Maintain daily and monthly quota
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Working knowledge of
- FDCPA
- and
- CFPB
- RegulationsThe right candidate has

Hours:
- Monday
- Thursday
- 2 days @ 8am to 5 pm w/1 hour lunch break2 days @ 10am to 7 pm w/1 hour lunch break
- Every other Friday
- 8am to 4:30 pm w/1/2 hour lunch break
- Every other Friday Saturday (Labor Day to Memorial Day)
- Friday 8am to NoonSaturday 8am to Noon
