What You’ll Do:
Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to negotiate and resolve overdue accounts Make outbound & handle inbound calls to find solutions for past-due balances Negotiate payment plans tailored to customer needs Work in a team-oriented, supportive environment Set and achieve performance goals while maintaining high ethical standards
Training Program:
New hires will complete a comprehensive three-week training program to ensure success in the role.
