We’re looking for individuals who: ✔ Speak fluent English and Spanish ✔ Have strong communication and negotiation skills ✔ Enjoy a competitive and results-driven atmosphere ✔ Are organized, self-motivated, and capable of multi-tasking ✔ Can handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve past-due accounts ✔ Excel at basic math and calculating percentages ✔ Maintain professionalism, accountability, and emotional control in high-pressure situations

Previous collections experience or a track record of achieving sales/negotiation goals!

What You’ll Do:

Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to negotiate and resolve overdue accounts Make outbound & handle inbound calls to find solutions for past-due balances Negotiate payment plans tailored to customer needs Work in a team-oriented, supportive environment Set and achieve performance goals while maintaining high ethical standards

Training Program:

New hires will complete a comprehensive three-week training program to ensure success in the role.
