Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to collect overdue payments and address customer inquiries.
- Evaluate and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure accounts are accurately maintained.
- Collaborate with customers to negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups in compliance with company policies.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze account data and generate reports.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline collection processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns professionally and promptly.
- Monitor account statuses and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and legal regulations during collection activities. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections and customer service within a high-volume call center.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing data and generating reports.
- Strong knowledge of billing functions and collection processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to handle sensitive financial discussions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with credit policies and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and manage multiple priorities effectively.
