  • $15.00/hour
  • Must be flexible for mandatory OT
  • Schedule:

    Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

End-of-Month Hours:

Bell to Bell (7:00 AM-8:00 PM or 8:00 AM-9:00 PM with two 1-hourlunch breaks)

    Sunday Dialer:

    Required 1-2 times per quarter;additional Sundays may be required depending on month-end •

    Holidays:

    Call center open most holidays for temporary employeesand volunteers

    ROLE IMPACT

    As a Collections Agent, you play acritical role in maintaining financial stability by engagingcustomers in respectful, solution-oriented conversations to resolvedelinquent accounts. Your effectiveness in negotiation and customerservice directly impacts client retention and overall revenuerecovery.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Collect delinquent accountspromptly using standardized procedures
    • Meet or exceed daily andmonthly call quotas, contact percentages, and kept promise metrics
    • Negotiate payment plans aligned with clients’ financialsituations
    • Accurately record all collection activity in internalsystems
    • Maintain regular communication with supervisors aboutaccount risks and escalations
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • 3 years ofcustomer service experience —
    REQUIRED
    • High school diploma or GED—
    REQUIRED
    • Call center experience — highly preferred
    • Bilingual(English/Spanish) — highly preferred
    • Strong communication,decision-making, and time management skills
    • Comfortable usingMicrosoft Office and CRM tools
    CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
    • MicrosoftOffice Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Internal collection andcustomer relationship management platforms
    PREFERRED SKILLS
    • Bilingual fluency in Spanish
    • Prior experience in a high-volumecall center
    • Conflict resolution and negotiation training Pleaseread requirements carefully as we are prioritizing those that meetthe requirements.
