The Advisory Services Group is the rapidly growing in-house, fee-for-service consulting group coinciding with the software organization. What You’ll Do:
As an Analyst, you should expect a dynamic environment with clear, specific tasks and goals in support of our client-facing projects and internal research and development. A quantitative, inquiring mindset with exemplary written communication skills are critical, as are the willingness and ability to learn new technical skills. Manipulate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets, draw business relevant conclusions, and present them successfully in useful business reports. Engage and participate in regular internal and external project meetings to fully understand data content. Partner with and advise internal team members on data-collection needs, trends, and focus areas. Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools. Identify areas for innovation in monitoring, discover issues and collection approaches to improve analytic efficiencies to deliver better value to customers. Gather, understand, and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques. Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations. Occasional travel required for team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making.
What You’ll Need:
BA/BS degree Banking experience Successful applicants have exposure to financial principles and should be comfortable interpreting the results of various mathematical models. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge and experience with Python & SQL As you grow and demonstrate expertise as well as the ability to lead project workstreams and communicate effectively directly with clients, there will be opportunities for promotion to the Consultant role. Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and a track record of results-oriented achievements. Proven leader and self-starter Professionalism, intelligence, curiosity, problem-solving, written communication skills, and drive are key. Certified Public Accountant designation is attractive, but not required. Stress-testing or CECL experience is preferred, but not required.
