COMMERCIAL COLLECTIONS REPRESENTIVE
JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Commercial Collector to join our accounts receivable team. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering past-due commercial accounts while maintaining positive business relationships with our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact businesses regarding delinquent accounts through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with commercial debtors
Document all collection activities in our system with detailed notes
Research account histories and analyze payment patterns
Collaborate with legal teams when necessary for escalated collection efforts
Meet or exceed monthly collection goals and metrics
Maintain compliance with all applicable laws including FDCPA and state regulations
Generate regular reports on collection activities and success rates
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in commercial collections or B2B accounts receivable
Must be bi linguarl in English & Spanish
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency with collection software and MS Office applications
Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities
Knowledge of commercial credit practices and debt collection regulations
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Associate’s degree or higher preferred (Business, Finance, or related field)

Monday-Friday 1130-8pm $17.38+ commissions (OTE $24-$25/hour) TNG123
