Description We are looking for a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team in Voorhees Township, New Jersey. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone with strong expertise in business-to-business collections and cash applications. Responsibilities:

• Manage business-to-business collections, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of outstanding balances.
• Process and reconcile cash applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize accounting software systems and CRM platforms to track and manage collections.
• Handle inbound calls effectively, addressing client inquiries related to billing and payments.
• Administer claims and oversee the collection process to minimize overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on collection activities and account statuses.
• Conduct research using tools like Accurint to verify account information and payment histories.
• Support billing functions by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business-to-business collections and cash applications.
• Proficiency in using accounting software systems
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and billing functions.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with claim administration and collection processes.
• Skilled in utilizing tools such as Accurint for account research.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
