SALARY/HOURLY RATE
$66k – $70k
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Collections Specialist will be responsible for the collections and accounts receivable efforts.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST
Oversee all outstanding aging accounts.
Prior B2B Collections Calls.
Call clients with past 30/60-day balances.
Review of monthly credit reports.
Weekly reconciliations of outstanding balances.
Management of discrepancies.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST
2+ years of experience.
Familiarity with AR, collections and aging reports.
Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
Strong customer service skills.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
