Full Job Description Salary Range:

$17-$22/hr. Omnipoint is looking for experienced collectors to join our team! We are offering a guaranteed bonus for the first 90 days to establish your base as we move into the New Year & Tax Time! We offer a great bonus structure and additional incentives for doing the right thing, being compliant as well as achieving team milestones/goals.

NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS!

Our schedule is Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.

RESPONSBILITIES

Communicate with consumers by telephone to resolve delinquent debt Negotiate and counsel consumers to find resolutions to delinquency Manage and resolve primary consumer questions and concerns Escalate consumer complaints and secondary concerns to management Update consumer accounts per Company and Client policies Skip tracing as needed Maintain knowledge and compliance to all applicable Federal, State, Local laws, and regulations relating to job duties Maintain knowledge and adherence to all Company compliance polices Perform other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient in English language Able to easily navigate computer and software platforms Communicate effectively, in a professional, assertive and pleasant manner Team oriented Reliable
