• Job Description:

• We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Summer Collections Representatives to support our third-party collections team. In this role, you will engage with debtors through outbound calls, negotiate repayment solutions, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to debtors on behalf of our clients
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and agreements
• Follow all federal and state laws governing debt collection practices
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting collection targets

• Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Collections Experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
