⚐ ⚑ ⚑ REMOTE Experienced Debt Collector Wanted – Must Know FDCPA (Remote) Debt Collectors of America ‹ image 1 of 1 › compensation: $14-$18 per hour plus 15% commissions employment type: experience level: senior level job title: Debt Collector We’re a fast-growing debt collection firm looking for a top-tier debt collector with proven experience, sharp instincts, and deep knowledge of federal and state regulations (FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, etc.). This isn’t entry-level. We need someone who can handle high-volume calls, negotiate professionally, and navigate compliance without error. You’ll be joining a team that’s built for results serious collectors, serious systems, and a serious work ethic. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just chase dollars but understands the importance of doing it the right way. ✅

Requirements:
2+ years of collections experience (3rd-party preferred) Strong understanding of FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA and HIPAA (if applicable) Familiar with call recording compliance, mini-Miranda, call backs, and cease communications protocol Professional phone presence and negotiation skills Must be able to follow SOPs and log calls accurately Reliable internet and headset ????
