As a key contributor to the organization, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, streamline processes, and play a direct role in shaping the property’s financial performance.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and manage rent collection processes to ensure the timely and effective collection of current and outstanding debts. Develop and implement collection strategies to nmaximize monthly collections. Oversee relationships with third-party agencies, including property attorney and social service agencies. Monitor and negotiate overdue accounts using exceptional communication skills. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to affordable and fair housing. $25 / hour
