Role Description:

• Responsible for receiving inboundcalls to resolve customer queries & make outbound calls to performcollection attempts.
• Analyze accounts and achieve collectiontargets as per Dialer Strategy
• Responsible for overseeingcollection activities of all the active customers of North America& Canada customers.
• Manage collections and provide early stagecustomer service to avoid any customer complaints.
• Coordinatewith cash applications team for accurate application of funds andremittance advice.
• Work on disputes of assigned portfolio todrive resolution/closure.
• Work on unapplied cash of assignedportfolio.? Manage portfolio review calls with internal/externalstakeholders.
• Process adjustments, write off, netting requests,refunds
• Account Reconciliations
• Maintain daily adherence as perbusiness requirements
• Analyzing daily AR reports to drive cashcollection

Requirement and Qualifications:

• 5-7 years ofexperience required in North America/Canada Collections
• Proficient in both verbal & written communication with excellentAmerican pronunciation
• Proficiency in GETPAID/Collection tools.
• System knowledge in ERPs
• Oracle, ADMIN/CARMS, COMPASS, AccountLedger, IBS, NexGen etc.
• Work experience in a shared servicecontact center in mandatory.
• Driving to the other offices whennecessary for collaboration and training.
