Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Deductions Analyst to join their team. As a Deductions Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience in collections and pricing, which will align successfully with the organization’s goals.

• Remote on Mondays and Fridays, in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

Pay Range:

32.67 What’s the Job?
Analyze and resolve customer disputes related to deductions and pricing.
Manage and review rebate programs and deviated pricing strategies.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure clarity and resolution on disputes.
Utilize Excel and SAP AR for research and data analysis.
Familiarize with electronic transaction methods, including

EDI 844/849.

What’s Needed?
3-5 years of experience in collections, pricing, or related fields.
Experience with incentives, program, or marketing allowances.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP AR.
Ability to handle customer interactions and follow up on dispute resolutions.
