Job Summary and Qualifications
The Collections Analyst will be responsible for working reconciliations, processing IPLAN change request, working default reports, working collection pools as assigned and assisting Collectors as needed. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you. We want you to ! What you will do in this role: Performs the Artiva reconciliation and ensures any issues are resolved timely. Process IPLAN changes timely as requested. Performs daily balancing of the AR Completes the SMA 3 Exhibit (if applicable) Work reports as assigned Work eRequest queues as assigned. Works pools as assigned Manages special processes related to processing accounts restored with an AX status Support Collections work from home as needed. Maintains productivity and QA standards
What qualifications you will need: High school diploma or GED preferred. One years of related experience preferred. Parallon provides full-service revenue cycle management, or total patient account resolution, for HCA Healthcare. Our services include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, hospital billing, revenue integrity, collections, payment compliance, credentialing, health information management, customer service, payroll and physician billing. We also provide full-service revenue cycle management as well as targeted solutions, such as Medicaid Eligibility, for external clients across the country.
