Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AccountsReceivable (AR) Analyst to join our finance team. The AR Analystwill be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts,ensuring timely collections, and collaborating with internal andexternal stakeholders to resolve payment issues. This is a hybridposition requiring on-site presence 2-3 times per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full AR portfolio and reduce delinquency on assignedaccounts Build strong relationships with customers to facilitatecollections Perform root cause analysis on past due accounts and driveresolution Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolveissues Follow escalation procedures for non-responsive or problematicaccounts Utilize systems and tools effectively to meet departmentalgoals
Requirements:
High School Diploma required Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections and/or customerservice preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate toadvanced Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of integrity, accountability, and attention todetail Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively as partof a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in shared services or customer service environments Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is aplus Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply Apply today!
