Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our finance team. The AR Analyst will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence 2-3 times per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full AR portfolio and reduce delinquency on assigned accounts Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate collections Perform root cause analysis on past due accounts and drive resolution Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues Follow escalation procedures for non-responsive or problematic accounts Utilize systems and tools effectively to meet departmental goals
Requirements:
High School Diploma required Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections and/or customer service preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
