This individual will be handling new customers, building rapport with internal groups, all while maintaining strong attention to detail. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Responsibilities:

You will: Issue invoices to customers Process credit memos Work closely with Accounts Payable, Customer Service and Shipping Dept. Checking Orders updated Mailing/Sorting Invoices Assist with mailing out customer statements Assist with any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
