Billing Specialist / Revenue Operations Associate

Correcting billing errors based on guidance from Revenue Management leadership
Posting and distributing invoices via various customer-preferred channels
Creating and maintaining service contract records in Macola
Preparing credit memos and resolving billing discrepancies
Coordinating purchase order receipt with customers
Supporting internal teams and special financial projects What You’ll Need to be Considered Experience with recurring service billing and contract-based invoicing
Familiarity with Macola or similar financial systems
