The chance to sharpen your problem-solving and communication skills. Compensation $22-$24/hour What You’ll Be Doing Contacting customers with overdue balances to arrange payments or resolve disputes.
Collaborating with internal teams to manage accounts, verify credit, and address job-related needs such as lien waivers.
Reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improving cash flow for steady revenue management.
Coordinating with the accounts receivable team to ensure consistent processes and avoid duplication.
Assisting with payment confirmations and creating payment arrangements to maintain accurate financial records.
Supporting account setup and credit verification processes for new accounts and projects. What You’ll Need to be Considered 3+ years of collections experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
A customer-focused yet firm approach to meeting collection objectives.
Problem-solving abilities to resolve payment disputes and account discrepancies.
