WhatYou’ll Do as the Director of Billing Own the end-to-end billingprocess, including setup, invoicing, and collections Partner withFinance and Operations leaders to create and implement billing bestpractices Manage and develop a team of billing professionals Buildtraining programs and lead education on new systems and processesDevelop and standardize reporting, including AR dashboards andperformance KPIs Lead integration efforts for new acquisitions oropenings into the billing workflow Advise on strategy fordiscounts, tuition rates, and employee billing Support ongoingprocess improvement and efficiency efforts Communicate write-offsand AR trends to senior leadership What We’re Looking For in aDirector of Billing Bachelor’s degree in finance or accountingrequired. Additional certifications are a plus. 10 years ofexperience in process improvement and billing operationsComfortable driving change in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsExperience in early childhood education, Procare, and/or NetSuiteare large plus factors.
