Position Summary The Analyst, Accounts Payable has a pivotal role in the Finance department and the overall company, collaborating closely with both vendors and internal business partners, ensuring tax compliance, assisting with payment cycles, managing month-end closing responsibilities, and addressing aged invoices. Required Qualifications 3-5 years work experience in Accounts Payable Month End Close, Aging, and Account Reconciliation experience Experience with Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of VLOOKUPS and preferably pivot tables. Ability to execute multiple projects, simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Experience with a web-based invoicing payment system Preferred Qualifications 5+ years work experience in Accounts Payable Previous work experience in public company is a plus Working knowledge of GAAP Experience working with an ERP system, NetSuite and/or

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
