Telephone deliquent accounts promptly, record results and notify Manager of customers failing to respond to collection attempts. Review and release factory order shipments. Identify and report problems or difficulties to the Manager. Enter and record number of calls, credit requests and moneys collected and credit given daily. Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, prices and payment terms. Issue chargebacks to customer accounts. Enter data to create new accounts. Notify Sales of problems with customer accounts. Provide credit rating information to other inquiring manufactures. Review and release customer credit memos. Post daily adjustments to customer accounts including returns, payments and credit memos. High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1 to 3 years’ experience.
