They have partnered with CFS to onboard a BillingAnalyst to join their growing team. As a Billing Analyst, you’llenhance customer billing experiences, coordinate across teams,resolve billing issues, and optimize processes using NetSuite,Oracle, Excel, and Salesforce.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
BillingOperations & Process Ownership Manage invoicing audit,reconciliation, and payment collection Resolve complex billingissues and analyze root causes Serve as point of contact forinternal/external stakeholders Collaborate with Sales, CustomerSupport, and Finance System Expertise Reconcile quotes, contracts,and subscriptions with billing records Analyze billing data andtrends to improve efficiency Cross-Functional Collaboration Ensuresmooth billing processes across departments Foster accountabilityand alignment with company standards Provide strategic guidance onbilling-related issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field Experience as a BillingAnalyst or Revenue Specialist NetSuite and Salesforce expertiseStrong analytical and Excel skills – including pivot tables andVLOOKUPs Excellent communication abilities NetSuite and Salesforceexperience Strong attention to detail
