Melbourne, FL (on-site, not remote)

Shift:

Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (NO Weekends)

Pay:

$19.00/hr This is a full-time position

REQUIRED

: A minimum of two-years’ experience in a Billing or A/R role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve as quality assurance in regard to customer billing (primarily A/R) Serve as a liaison between high profile business customers and USSI Global Maintain good relations with customers, techs, and staff Generate, update, and maintain database reports Create, update, and close work orders Respond to customer and tech requests timely Dispatch field support teams as required Order, ship, and track equipment
