Billing/Collections Specialist 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Weston, FL 33326 Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Billing Specialist to join our growing team. The Billing specialist will oversee the status of accounts and balances, distribute Invoices, post payments, provide solutions to client inquiries, and organize financial records. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong numerical skills, and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain client accounts in ATS system, generate client weekly invoices in ATS system and send them to the clients.
• Maintain existing assignments data such as extension, terminations, and pay/bill package rate changes.
• Reviewing ATS system Deal sheet Reports to see upcoming Pipeline and new assignments.
• Performs weekly VMS billing reconciliations
• Monitor, research, and resolve collection of outstanding Invoices.
• Research, resolve, and provide timely responses to customers regarding billing inquiries or disputes.
• Ad-hoc reports.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members.
• Ability to research billing issues and communicate relevant conclusions, both verbally and in written format.

Accounting Degree is preferable and advanced excel skills. Entry level is ok
