Review claims for completeness and accuracy before submission. Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, and other billing discrepancies promptly. Proactively follow up on outstanding claims and manage appeals when necessary. Stay current with evolving billing regulations and specific payer guidelines. Work closely with support staff to ensure seamless billing processes and documentation. Accurately input and update billing data within electronic health record (EHR) and billing platforms. Generate billing reports and provide support during financial reviews.
