The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires proficiency in office management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and operate phone systems effectively to ensure seamless communication. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping. Provide personal assistant support to executives or team members as needed. Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to information. Type documents, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail. Assist with general office duties including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Utilize Google Workspace tools for collaboration and document management. Requirements Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines is essential. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to file documents systematically. Proficient typing skills with attention to detail in all written communications. Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
