Immokalee Road, Naples, FL 34110 Exciting opportunity to join our multispecialty office in Naples. Seeking a physician practice representative with experience working in a busy, high paced medical practice setting. Experience with patient authorizations and referrals preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Obtain authorizations and referrals Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries Communicate with patients to set up and schedule optimal appointment times Inquire and process patients’ health insurance Support office with administrative and secretarial tasks Communicate with internal office team and providers to ensure patients are helped and everyday tasks are accomplished Understand and maintain HIPAA regulations Ability to answer the telephone, take detailed messages, respond to verbal inquiries, take direction from different sources, handle multiple tasks and be organized in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of and demonstrated skills in general office procedures. Strong organizational skills; oral and written communication skills. Able to project a professional image.
