Accounts Payable Analyst Position Available In Duval, Florida

Job Overview Kavaliro is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst tosupport both the accounts payable and accounting teams. This roleinvolves handling invoice processing (both electronic and paper),organizing vendor documentation, managing certificates ofinsurance, and assisting with journal entry archiving. The analystwill also be responsible for communicating with vendors to obtainmissing documentation and helping onboard new vendors into theMincron system. Key Responsibilities Download and upload electronicinvoices into Intellichief, our document imaging system, on a dailybasis. Scan and process hard copy invoices for digital storage.

Respond promptly to requests related to Certificates of Insurance.

Assist with reconciling vendor statements by tracking down invoiceor credit copies and sharing payment information as needed. Scanand archive journal entries for the accounting team on a monthlybasis. Collect required documentation to help set up new vendors inour system. Participate in various special projects and supporttasks as assigned. Take on other responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Excellentattention to detail and strong organizational skills. Solidcommunication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to workindependently and take initiative to complete tasks. Willingnessand ability to learn new systems and procedures. Familiarity withAS400 is a plus. Valid driver’s license required. Key Skills &Attributes Process-focused with a drive for improvement andlearning. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Self-motivated with the capability to manage ambiguity and workindependently. Comfortable presenting information to seniorleadership. Must be fluent in English (written and spoken) toensure safety and compliance with all procedures and standards.
