What You’ll Do:
Your responsibilities will include:
Invoice Management:
Download, scan, and upload electronic and hard copy invoices into our document management system.
Vendor Relations:
Respond promptly to requests for Certificates of Insurance and assist in reconciling vendor statements by obtaining necessary documentation.
Financial Documentation:
Support the accounting team by scanning and archiving journal entries monthly.
Vendor Onboarding:
Gather and verify required documents to set up new vendors in our internal system.
Ad-Hoc Projects:
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as needed to support departmental goals.
What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background:
High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework in accounting or business administration is a plus . Attention to
