Position Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Orthodontic Administrator to support front office operations at our growing orthodontic practice. This position plays a key role in patient scheduling, billing, and financial presentation, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the practice continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, check out, and schedule patients with professionalism and care Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and accurately Assist with orthodontic billing, insurance verification, and claims follow-up Provide excellent communication with both English- and Spanish-speaking families Support the Treatment Coordinator and serve as a fill-in when needed Maintain a positive, organized, and efficient front office environment
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental or orthodontic front office role Knowledge of orthodontic billing procedures and insurance processes Comfortable discussing financial arrangements with patients and families Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and professionalism Willingness to grow into a leadership role as the practice expands
