Downtown Jacksonville, Florida law firm seeks an enthusiastic, self-motivated Billing Specialist. This position will have the ability to oversee the day-to-day functions of the billing for the firm. Primary Duties and Responsibilities for

Billing Specialist:

Enter daily time for one or more Shareholders. Reconcile new matters in multiple billing sites. Enter client costs in Billing Systems. Process pre-bills, perform edits and process bills into multiple billing sites for one Shareholder. Performs other duties as assigned by the Comptroller.

Requirements:

Associates Degree in business, accounting, or related field. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without error, set priorities, and accommodate rush requests. Excellent time management skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Must know Microsoft Office. Maintains confidentiality. Strong work ethic, highly self-motivated, team player, and self-directed.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience working in law firm. Strong technical knowledge and experience with billing systems (ProLaw) E-Billing experience preferred.
