This full-time position plays a key role in supporting our billing operations and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process client billing in coordination with attorneys and staff Submit and manage electronic billing through client-specific portals Generate ad hoc billing and financial reports as requested Review and edit time entries for accuracy and clarity Perform data entry, scanning, and document organization Utilize billing and timekeeping software (Orion) Work with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and NetDocuments (document management system)

Qualifications:
