Job Description
The Construction Billing & Reseach Coordinator is accountable for keeping track of the company s projects and revenue which includes the successful follow-up and status of current and outsanding projects including its receivables. This position works closely with Corporate Office positions, Branch Managers, customers/clients, Accounts Receivable Specialist and Controller. Customer service attitude, attention to detail and accuracy of reporting in a fast-paced environment is essential.
salary:
$55,000 – $70,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5

High SchoolResponsibilities⦁ Gather information and research data to collect on accounts. ⦁ Organize and analyze data to produce reports that will help with tracking a project s payment history. ⦁ Monitor/Resolve partially paid projects and/or accounts. ⦁ Work effectively with Project Managers both internally and externally. ⦁ Call customers with past due outstanding balances, establishes client follow-ups ⦁ Takes meticulous notes on status of customer balances ⦁ Works with AR Specialist to effectively collect outstanding balances ⦁ Prepare lien releases for Senior Management review & sign-off ⦁ Compile and escalate customer questions to appropriate Management team member ⦁ Research and file NTO or Bonding Letters ⦁ Manage customer payment methods such as checks, credit card, ACH, wires, etc. SkillsVerbal CommunicationBasic Accounts ReceivableQualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
