Day-to-Day:
Conveying build requirement considerations on behalf of HB/PB IT and across the Revenue Cycle Spectrum (Grand Central, Prelude, Cadence, and HIM). Perform workflow analysis, create extracts associated with billing workflows, and manage 3rd party vendor integrations. Create workflow documentation, present decision points to operations, and collaborate between IT Teams and Operational Service-lines. Perform both maintenance and build support, addressing incidents, requests, and project tasks as assigned.
