salary:

$24 – $26 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM education: Associate Responsibilities Analyze and understand contract terms to ensure that accurate billing is provided to the client for cost plus and lump sum projects Knowledge of setting up billing terms such as applying multipliers, overhead rates for multiple states, fixed fees, taxes, and retainage to meet the client’s invoicing requirements Monthly review of project labor and expense charges for accuracy and appropriate project placement by providing monthly prebills to all project managers Monitor accounts receivable and assist project managers with their collection efforts Reconcile variances Working with multiple billing systems outside of our internal billing system, working with various invoice spreadsheets Maintain folders/files for all projects, with all the appropriate documents, including expenses, consultant invoices and monthly invoices, in accordance with standard procedures The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment Skills Billing (2 years of experience is required) Confidentiality (2 years of experience is required) Government Contract Billing (2 years of experience is required) Invoices (2 years of experience is required) Deltek (2 years of experience is required) Attention to detail (2 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
