Job Overview:
We’re seeking a detail-focused AIA Billing Specialist to support the billing process for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AIA forms, contract billing, and working closely with project managers and clients to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Key Responsibilities for the
AIA Billing Specialist :
Prepare and process monthly AIA billing applications Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary documentation and ensure billing accuracy Monitor billing schedules, contract terms, and percent-complete calculations Submit invoices in accordance with contract deadlines and track approvals Maintain billing records and support month-end close processes Assist with lien releases, change orders, and compliance documentation as needed Respond to billing inquiries from clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Ensure billing processes comply with company and client standards Qualifications for the
