Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Billing Manager to support our billing operations and ensure the smooth financial management of our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely invoicing, maintain client relationships, assist in preparing invoices, tracking payments, and support the financial health of our projects
Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management:
Preparing, reviewing, and sending invoices to clients while ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
Billing System Optimization:
Implementing and maintaining efficient billing processes and software to streamline operations.
Compliance & Accuracy:
Ensuring billing practices align with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Team Supervision:
Managing billing staff, providing training, and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.
Customer Relations:
Addressing client inquiries, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in construction billing with some time spent in a Supervisory role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in billing software, financial reporting tools, and accounting systems is essential. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is also beneficial.
Analytical Abilities:
Strong problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies, manage accounts receivable and optimize billing processes.
Leadership & Communication:
Experience in managing billing teams, training staff, and coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate invoicing. Attention to

Ability to review invoices, resolve invoicing issues, track department proficiency, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
