Job Description

Your new role Process 50-70 invoices daily with accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with customers for timely Purchase Orders. Upload invoices to platforms like Coupa, Ariba, and Oracle. Resolve billing discrepancies with customers and sales teams. Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices. Handle toll payments and support financial audits. Assist with monthly and annual financial closings. What you’ll need to succeed 2-5 years of AR or billing experience preferred. Experience with Sage Intacct and Salesforce a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated team player with a keen eye for detail. What you’ll get in return
