Job Duties:

As the bilingual (Spanish) billing analyst, you will communicate with customers, field technicians, and service technicians to handle customer needs. The bilingual billing analyst position is responsible for overseeing monthly billing and past due accounts, maintaining records as required, preparing and submitting credit card payments, working as a team to support customer inquiries over the phone and by email. Other duties as assigned.

Unconditional Job Requirements:

1-3 years of office experience, billing and Accounts Receivable Ability to multitask Able to work under pressure Ability to work independently Exceptional Customer Service Skills Experience with data entry with Sage Intacct and Service Titan strongly preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) is a must You have to have the desire and ability to learn new things and learn the Ins and outs of your position and be part of a growing team!
