While our primary services are home based for children with Autism, we provide a wide variety of services for a wide range of individuals. Our Billing Specialist will help with insurance billing for applied behavior analysis and occupational therapy services as well as other administrative duties. • Complete insurance/private pay billing
• Create invoices
• Assist with accounts receivable
• Update databases and spreadsheets
• Review documentation for accuracy according to industry standard guidelines
• Assist with scheduling and meeting coordination.
• Attend internal meetings weekly
• Work with Executive Leadership Team
• Work under the supervision of the Fiscal Manager
• Assist with administrative duties including data entry, report writing, supply ordering, etc.

Other duties may be assigned.
