Our Insurance & Billing Coordinators play an important role in the success of our practice by increasing value for our patients, improving their experience with us, and building lasting relationships. Position Requirements:

Dental insurance experience is a must, including insurance verification, clearly and courteously answering insurance and billing questions, and processing/reprocessing of claims. Experience with in-house Dental Savings Plans, Care Credit and similar programs. Comfortable presenting treatment plans to patients Able to effectively organize and present financial arrangements to patients Able to effectively arrange payment schedules with patients Familiarity with or willingness to learn Dentrix Be a great fit with our core values and culture Be able to smile and have fun!
