Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and resolve claim denials to maximize revenue and minimize outstanding accounts receivable. Investigate the root causes of denials and provide effective resolution strategies. Communicate with insurance companies, patients, and internal teams to gather necessary documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claim statuses and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and billing standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience in healthcare accounts receivable or claims management. Strong understanding of medical billing and coding processes (e.g., CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and Modifiers). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
