Job Description

Our client, a dynamic player in the financial services sector, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be part of the finance department supporting the accounts management team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

  • What’s the Job?
  • + Process incoming payments efficiently and accurately. + Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. + Issue credit notes as necessary and maintain accurate records. + Create AR aging and metrics reports to track performance. + Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments to ensure timely collections.
  • What’s Needed?
  • + 4-5+ years of related experience in account collections management analysis, corporate accounting, or financial analysis.

+ Strong analytical skills, including the ability to design reports and manipulate large data sets using advanced MS Excel. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret financial reports and legal documents. + Ability to collaborate and work effectively with diverse team members. + Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
